Is there a resort fee?

Yes, a resort fee of $55 plus tax will be added to your daily room rate and allows for the inclusion of luxury amenities and services, including:

  • Enhanced high-speed guest room Internet
  • Mountain bike rental at Grande Lakes Sports (two bikes, one hour/day/room)
  • The Headwaters Waterslides at the JW Marriott 
  • AquaVenture 360 interactive waterpark (two guests per room)
  • Shuttle transportation to Sea World, Walt Disney World, and Universal Orlando (24-hour advance reservations required, call x4005)
  • Tennis court access for two guests (one hour per day, per room - tennis racquets & balls are included with court access)
  • Pickleball court access for two guests (one hour per day, per room - pickleball paddles & balls are included with court access)

Is there a parking fee?

Yes, The Ritz-Carlton and JW Marriott charge a parking fee. The Ritz-Carlton exclusively offers valet parking, while JW Marriott offers both self-parking and valet parking.

Valet: $58 plus tax

Self-parking: $40 plus tax

Are pets allowed at Grande Lakes Orlando?

Two cats or dogs per room are welcome at The Ritz-Carlton Orlando and JW Marriott Orlando, Grande Lakes. There is a $250 USD (+ tax) non-refundable cleaning fee per stay. Service animals are allowed at both resorts.
