  • Is there a resort fee?

    Yes, a resort fee of $38 plus tax will be added to your daily room rate and allows for the inclusion of luxury amenities and services.
    The Ritz-Carlton resort fee includes:
    • Enhanced high-speed internet
    • Driving range privileges
    • Access to two pool floats at the JW Marriott Lazy River Pool
    • Shuttle transportation to SeaWorld, Walt Disney World, and Universal Orlando
    • Daily kids’ activities
    • Ritz Kids Daily Program (two hours, two children ages 4-12)
    • $50 print credit towards any Photography Concierge package
    • Daily bike rental through Grande Lakes Sports (two mountain bikes for one hour per day, per room)
    JW Marriott Resort Fee includes:

  • Does the hotel have an airport shuttle?

    Grande Lakes Orlando does not offer shuttle service to or from Orlando International Airport. However, our concierge will be happy to arrange taxi or Mears hired car service Please contact the concierge to assist you with transportation reservations: The Ritz-Carlton (407) 206-2400, JW Marriott (407) 206-2300.
  • What is the charge for internet?

    Wireless internet is available at no charge for guests to use in the following public areas: lobby, pool, retail corridor, spa, golf clubhouse, and restaurants. Please note there is a charge for wireless internet access in guest rooms and the conference center areas. In-room enhanced high-speed internet is included in your daily resort fee.

  • How can I get a copy of my hotel bill?

  • Are pets allowed at Grande Lakes Orlando resorts?

    Only The Ritz-Carlton Orlando allows pets and non-service animals on property. One cat or dog 25 pounds and under is permitted in rooms; a one-time cleaning fee of $250 will be assessed. Service animals are welcome at the JW Marriott and The Ritz-Carlton Non-service animals are prohibited from the spa, pool, and restaurant areas
  • How much is parking at Grand Lakes Orlando?

    Daily valet parking and overnight valet parking are $37 plus tax at both hotels. Self-parking is available at the JW Marriott at a rate of $29 plus tax per day.

  • Do you accept requests for donations?

    Yes, please submit your Florida-based organization’s request at www.grandelakes.com/donations we do not accept any other form of request. Please note that due to the high volume of requests, we do not accept out-of-state requests.
  • Do you have a car rental on site?

    Yes, Grande Lakes Orlando has a Hertz Car Rental desk on site. They may be reached at (407) 393-4784.
  • Can I send packages to the hotel for a guest or myself during my stay?

    Yes, please use the addresses below and be sure to indicate on the package slip that the item is for a guest and the date of check-in. Incoming and outgoing guest package handling charges apply.

Incoming Handling Fees:

  • $10.00 per box under 50 pounds
  • $20.00 per box over 50 pounds
  • $30.00 per display box, poster, large tube, or oversized boxes.

  • $100.00 per shrink wrapped pall et (pallets must be self-contained and properly sealed)

Outgoing Handling Fees :
