  • Is there a resort fee?

    Yes, a resort fee of $53 plus tax will be added to your daily room rate and allows for the inclusion of luxury amenities and services including:

    • Mountain Bike Rental at Grande Lakes (two bikes, one hour/day/room)
    • Tennis Court Access for two guests (one hour per day, per room - tennis racquets & balls are included with court access)
    • Headwaters Waterslides at the JW Marriott Pool (two guests per room) 
    • AquaVenture 360 Interactive Waterpark (two guests per room) 
    •  Headwaters Waterslides at the JW Marriott Pool (two guests per room)
    • Shuttle Transportation to SeaWorld, Walt Disney World and Universal Studios (24-hour advance reservations required, call x2060)
  • Does the hotel have an airport shuttle?

    Grande Lakes Orlando does not offer shuttle service to or from Orlando International Airport. However, our concierge will be happy to arrange taxi or Mears hired car service Please contact the concierge to assist you with transportation reservations: The Ritz-Carlton (407) 206-2400, JW Marriott (407) 206-2300.
  • What is the charge for internet?

    Wireless internet is available at no charge for guests to use in the following public areas: lobby, pool, retail corridor, spa, golf clubhouse, and restaurants. Please note there is a charge for wireless internet access in guest rooms and the conference center areas. In-room enhanced high-speed internet is included in your daily resort fee.
  • I have a question about my Marriott Bonvoy rewards and/or The Ritz-Carlton Rewards.

  • How can I get a copy of my hotel bill?

  • Are pets allowed at Grande Lakes Orlando resorts?

    Two cats or dogs per room are welcome at The Ritz-Carlton Orlando and JW Marriott Orlando, Grande Lakes. There is a $250 USD (+ tax) non-refundable cleaning fee per stay. Service animals are allowed at both resorts.
  • How much is parking at Grande Lakes Orlando?

    Daily valet parking and overnight valet parking are $54 plus tax at both hotels. Self-parking is only available at the JW Marriott at a rate of $38 plus tax per day.
  • Who can I contact about reservation options or changes to an existing reservation?

    Please contact our in-house reservation team at (800) 682-6647 for assistance with existing reservations.

  • Do you accept requests for donations?

    Yes, please submit your Florida-based organization’s request at www.grandelakes.com/donations. We do not accept any other form of request. Please note that due to the high volume of requests, we do not accept out-of-state requests.
  • Can I send packages to the hotel for a guest or myself during my stay?

    Yes, please use the addresses below and be sure to indicate on the package slip that the item is for a guest and the date of check-in. Incoming and outgoing guest package handling charges apply.

Incoming Handling Fees:

  • $10.00 per box under 50 pounds
  • $20.00 per box over 50 pounds
  • $30.00 per display box, poster, large tube, or oversized boxes.
  • $40.00 per display case
  • $100.00 per shrink wrapped pall et (pallets must be self-contained and properly sealed)
  • $100.00 per small wooden crate under 150 pounds
  • $175.00 per crate over 150 pounds
  • Refrigerated items $25.00 flat rate

Outgoing Handling Fees :

  • $10.00 per box
  • $15.00 per display box, poster, large tube or oversized box
