As night approaches, gather for a relaxed reception and dinner before settling into calming sound bath meditation—an inviting close to the day that sets the tone for rest, presence, and intentional living.

    Saturday | Move, Explore & Engage

    Start your morning with breakfast at Highball & Harvest, then energize your day with pickleball, yoga, HIT, Kayaking, or scenic hikes. Enjoy a relaxed lunch at Fairways Pub, followed by afternoon sessions and time to reconnect. In the evening, dine at Knife & Spoon, the resort's MICHELIN-recommended restaurant, and end with a curated event to inspire and engage.

  • Sunday
    Sunday | Slow, Reflect & Restore

    Sunday invites rest and reflection. After a leisurely breakfast, choose gentle movement or full relaxation - such as yoga, a peaceful walk, or quiet time by the pool. Late-morning sessions support integration and perspective, followed by a farewell lunch and closing meditation. Depart feeling grounded and renewed, with time to linger and enjoy the spa facilities.
