Upgrade the typical hotel bar experience at Grande Lakes Orlando where Whisper Creek Farm is home to The Brewery, a nanobrewery led by a local Cicerone-certified brewmaster. Enjoy seasonal and specialty beers brewed in collaboration with Big Storm Brewery, including the flagship Surplus, a signature Floridian honey citrus ale that features honey sourced from the resort's on-site apiaries. Each of the 28 gallons of beer and styles produced weekly, including Dark, Wheat/Light, Amber, IPA, and Special Brew, feature fresh ingredients harvested at Whisper Creek Farm and are available throughout the resort's bars and restaurants.
