Certified personal trainers will create an individual program to achieve personal fitness goals. Those new to fitness will quickly improve confidence, knowing that exercises are performed correctly. Plus, a personal trainer will help with that extra motivation!

Body Composition Assessment
Utilizing the caliper testing method, body fat assessments are taken from five sites on the body to provide a base to compare to others of the same age group, height and weight. A great way to start a new fitness program and set goals for optimal health. Loose fitting clothing recommended.

Nutrition Consultation
This non-supplement program described in a personal session with a member of the wellness team provides information on proper eating and how to get needed vitamins, minerals and nutrients from everyday foods to meet fitness goals.
