
Back Care Program
The Ritz-Carlton professional fitness team has designed a special program that will help in recovering from 21 st century back pain. The regimen includes eight 30-minute personal training sessions for the back and core area, plus a 30-minute back massage.

Personal Stretching
The aims of stretching are gently to lengthen muscles before and after any form of exercise and to improve tissue elasticity and flexibility. Done correctly, stretching will help prevent injuries and increase athletic performance.
30 minutes/$40
Personal Training Session
Certified personal trainers will create an individual program to achieve personal fitness goals. Those new to fitness will quickly improve confidence, knowing that exercises are performed correctly. Plus, a personal trainer will help with that extra motivation!
50 minutes/$75
New Start Half-Day Program
This regimen incorporates all three Start wellness programs. The morning begins with Head Start Body Composition Analysis, followed by a Jump Start Exercise Physiology Consultation. The Healthy Start Nutrition Consultation completes the session and includes a delicious meal from Vitale, the Spa Cafe.
