At The Ritz-Carlton, children are greeted at a separate check-in desk in the lobby, where they can learn about their options throughout the resort and receive their own welcome amenity kit. At The Ritz-Carlton, young guests find specially appointed kids suites, with amenities, furniture and toys like those in their own room at home. Both hotels include a library of books and videos, as well as a complete child's menu that can be ordered via in-room dining and in our restaurants.
Throughout the resort, young guests soon discover many facilities designed purposefully with them in mind. The grandest of all is the JW Marriott 24,000-square-foot, winding lazy river pool, which holds 672,000 gallons of water and circles the property in a gentle loop. Outdoor play areas and dive-in movie pool parties are also available at both hotels, and families can enjoy croquet, play sand volleyball, and ride around the immense resort on bikes.
All of these amenities serve as the perfect complement to the world-famous wonders of the Orlando area, which together represent the greatest concentration of thrilling attractions and family entertainment anywhere on earth.
In addition, The Ritz-Carlton Orlando, Grande Lakes is pleased to offer the Ritz Kids program, an exclusive supervised children's program designed specifically for our younger guests ages 5 through 12. The Ritz Kids program allows parents to play while children stay with our trained and certified counselors. Each counselor is certified in infant, child and adult CPR, basic first aid and water safety.
