Orlando, Fla. – March 3, 2014 – The Ritz-Carlton Orlando, Grande Lakes is pleased to announce the resort’s own Pastry Chef Yoshikazu Kizu was awarded the coveted title of Pastry Chef of the Year at the 25th annual U.S. Pastry Competition on March 2, 2014. America's most prestigious pastry competition invites leading pastry chefs to showcase their talents by creating advanced dessert and chocolate recipes with technical sugar and chocolate sculpted showpieces. Chef Kizu competed against twelve rising chefs for the title of Pastry Chef of the Year. Javits Convention Center in New York City,
